What is Reiki?
Reiki works with Chi or life force energy. This high vibration is channeled through me to you and clears blocks and negative low vibrating energy from your aura and chakras. This gentle heart-centered technique helps balance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bio-fields to enhance peace and calming. Chi will be restored and allow the body to have the ability to heal and balance itself naturally. Reiki sessions can be done in person or remote.
What is a Reiki Session like?
During an in-person Reiki Session you will lie on a massage table fully clothed, shoes off, and eyes closed. No physical "massage" takes place and the energy work is done in the aura around your body starting off about 5 feet. Occasionally light touch or tapping is used to help break up blockages and restore your chakras into balance. You will leave feeling nurtured and light.
How do I prepare?
Think about your intention and plan for a relaxing day after session. Silence your cellphone and get ready to relax!
